Role: Senior Technical Engineer – DevOps

Domain: Banking

Location: Dubai, UAE

Years of Experience: 6+ years

Experience/Skills required:

• 6+ Years of hands-on experience on DevOps implementation and/or Cloud Computing/Migration (AWS, Azure, VMware, GCP) and Systems Administration
• At least 4+ years of experience in enterprise level IT projects Cloud based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, Cloud Infrastructure Services)
• Extensive Experience in architecture and support best practices in Hybrid cloud environment or Amazon AWS/Azure Cloud
• Exceptional knowledge in systems monitoring, alerting and analytics (AppDynamics, Logstash, Splunk, etc.)
• Hands on knowledge of build automation and continuous integration/delivery ecosystem: Git, Groovy, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, Selenium, Jenkins, Docker, Openshift
• Experience with infrastructure configuration and automations processes and tools: Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
• Experience in deploying and trouble shooting highly available, secure and reliable services with automatic failover using containers and container-orchestration tools like Kubernetes/Openshift
• Experience with issues facing large scale server environments
• Experience with Linux management tools such as automated provisioning (ansible, puppet, razor), containers (docker), virtualization (VMware, KVM)
• Experience in Scripting (shell, python, Go)
• Skills for monitoring and automation.

Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Domain: System Integrator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Years of Experience: 4 – 6

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in desktop support with appropriate industry standard certifications such as but not limited to the following list: ITIL Foundation Certification – IT Service Management and CompTIA A+ certified
• Experience in Help Desk role supporting PC hardware, Windows, Microsoft products and other desktop applications
• Experience in installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers and related hardware
• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills for general computing issues including software upgrades and preventative maintenance
• Able to work independently and manage multiple customer locations
• Flexible to visit multiple customer locations in any given day
• Strong written and oral communications skills (English)
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
