Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Years of Experience: 4 – 6
Experience/Skills required:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in desktop support with appropriate industry standard certifications such as but not limited to the following list: ITIL Foundation Certification – IT Service Management and CompTIA A+ certified
- Experience in Help Desk role supporting PC hardware, Windows, Microsoft products and other desktop applications
- Experience in installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers and related hardware
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills for general computing issues including software upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Able to work independently and manage multiple customer locations
- Flexible to visit multiple customer locations in any given day
- Strong written and oral communications skills (English)
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
